Super Speed and Infinite Ammo Glitch
This glitch allows you to walk faster than normal, and have "infinite" ammo. Don't get too excited though. Your ammo is infinite, meaning you can keep shooting, BUT it won't register so it's kind of pointless.
Kung Fu Backflip Glitch
This was a glitch in the first Gears of War, and now you can do it in Gears of War 2. Stand in front of cover(not on), than press forward + A, than release forward and press A. After that press back + A.
Gears of War 2 Invisibility Glitch
You must be host to do this glitch. You need to get knocked down, and hit your standby button while you are down. Get up and pick up a gun, then turn standby off. BOOM You're invisible! Everyone else will just see your body laying on the ground where you were knocked down.
Gears of War 2 Weapon Slide
Just walk or run up to any weapon and press X, then B.
